2025 Playoffs Campaign
Project Overview
The 2025 Playoffs campaign focused on the idea of collective depth. Depth of talent, cohesion, and growth. With a young team continuing to build momentum, the work needed to reflect confidence without overstating anything. The tone stayed grounded and intentional.
As a graphic designer, I led creative across Thunder Up in the Park’s cargo container installation, game night program covers, snap frame posters, a playoffs shirt and fan bammer, Malcolm’s Guide in web and print, and Playoffs Central, the digital hub for tickets, watch parties, parking, and postseason updates.
The visual system emphasized structure and dimension. Typography established a defined ground plane while layered player imagery reinforced depth. A disciplined Thunder Blue and navy palette created contrast and cohesion across environmental, print, and digital platforms.
The result was a unified postseason identity aligned with the steady character of Oklahoma City.

Cargo Containers
This was the second year developing the cargo container installation for Thunder Up in the Park. Rather than treating it as a step up from 2024, the focus was to move the structure in a direction that aligned more closely with the 2025 Playoffs campaign and its emphasis on collective depth.
The configuration shifted to 20-foot containers positioned vertically, allowing each player to have a dedicated face of the structure. This created clearer individual moments while reinforcing cohesion across the full build. The vertical orientation introduced a stronger rhythm and repetition throughout the installation.

A 40-foot container was placed horizontally across the top, anchoring the composition and strengthening the overall form. The contrast between the vertical player containers and the horizontal top element created balance while maintaining a clear silhouette from multiple viewpoints in the park.
Spacing was intentionally designed to allow crowds to move comfortably beneath the structure. The open layout supported circulation and created natural opportunities for fans to gather and take photos with their favorite players. Typography established a consistent ground plane and spatial depth, ensuring alignment with the broader playoff system across print and digital platforms.
The result was a structure that felt considered, accessible, and fully aligned with the 2025 Playoffs identity.
Playoffs Central
Playoffs Central was designed as the primary digital hub for the postseason. It consolidated the playoff schedule, ticket access, parking information, merchandise, newsletter signup, FAQ page, and Thunder Up in the Park details, along with resources such as Thunder Bar Network locations, Thunder Hall, downloadable wallpapers, and a full itinerary.
The goal was to create a single destination that answered questions and centralized every relevant link. The structure prioritized clarity and hierarchy while remaining fully aligned with the 2025 Playoffs visual system.
Designed within the postseason style, the page balanced functionality with brand consistency, ensuring fans could easily navigate the playoff experience from one organized, cohesive platform.

Shirts, Fan Bammers, and Game Night Programs
The playoffs shirt and fan bammer were designed to influence the in-arena environment at scale. Bold typography and strong contrast ensured visibility throughout the arena, unifying the crowd within the postseason identity.
The game night program placed added emphasis on team cohesion and collective depth. Designed to feel iconic and bold, it considered longevity, acknowledging that many fans keep playoff programs as lasting reminders of the experience.
Together, these pieces strengthened the atmosphere inside the arena while reinforcing the shared identity of the postseason.
